The Collection of Paul F. Walter Auction

On the 26th and the 27th of September Christie’s New York are hosting two live auctions of lots from the collection of Paul F. Walter, including a simultaneous online-only auction. There are 26 photographic prints available including work from Captain Linnaeus Tripe, Edward Steichen, Man Ray, Robert Mapplethorpe, Richard Avedon and Cecil Beaton. Photos include iconic celebrity portraits, fashion photography, and early photographs of India. Estimates range from $300 to $30,000.
