Photography Auctions Calendar: Autumn 2018 [updated]

The last of this summer’s photography auctions have taken place, with no photography auctions scheduled until autumn. Auctions commencing in October have been announced by Christie’s, Phillips and Sotheby’s.  

Phillips will be starting the season off with Photographs a collection of prints by artists such as Helmut Newton, Sally Mann, Garry Winogrand, Ahmet Ertug, Irving Penn and Louise Lawler. You can view lots in person from 28th September to 3rd October at Phillips’ gallery space in New York.

Christie’s will be holding their own Photographs auction in New York the following day, with lots yet to be announced or previewed. See the current calendar below:
