Christie’s Paris auctioned photographs amongst it’s Art Contemporain Venta de jour Auction on 8th June 2017.
Hiroshi Sugimoto’s Beacon Theatre, New York sold for EUR 12,500 with an estimate of EUR 12,000-18,000
Darren Almond’s Fullmoon, Sesshu II (Diptych), 2009 realised EUR 17,500 with an initial estimate of EUR 8,000-12,000.
Ahmet Ertug’s Patheon, Rome, 2011 was the most expensive photograph to sell at the auction for EUR 37,500 with an original estimate of EUR 30,000-40,000.
