December’s Photography Auctions

Though this month is usually without any photography auctions, this year has seen a marked change with at least four photography-inclusive auctions scheduled for December.

Phillips will host the New Now auction on 12th December in London with photography lots including prints from Cindy Sherman’s Untitled series. 

The Art of Travel runs from 2-12th December at Sotheby’s with a variety of photographic lots.

Fashion Photo is a photography-exclusive auction running from 2nd to 11th December hosted by Christie’s Online.

Ansel Adams and the American West takes place on 10th December at Christie’s in New York.
